Fifteen years, one grade promise kept every time - the short version of how Bharat Stainless Steel Industries got here.
Bharat Stainless Steel Industries manufactures stainless steel pipes and stocks the rest of its range from other sources, working out of Hisar, Haryana since around 2010, growing to serve 650+ customers across 210+ cities, supplying 5,500+ MT annually, and directed by Mr. Devanand and Mr. Subhash Chander.
That growth came from traders and fabricators returning order after order, because the grade and finish they were quoted is the grade and finish that showed up on the truck.
Fifteen years in an industry where suppliers come and go isn't just a stat, it's the kind of long-haul supply relationship a growing business, whether a trader building repeat stock or a fabricator scaling project work, can actually plan around.

Most mills will not run light gauge. Below about half a millimetre the tolerances get difficult and the scrap rate climbs, so it is easier to leave that work to somebody else.
That work is what we built this business on. We manufacture pipe from 0.20mm, in sizes from 6mm, for buyers who need material that bends without splitting - heat exchangers, boiler condensers, and export-quality work where the specification is fixed and there is no room to substitute a grade.
Fifteen years on, that is still what brings people back. Every batch leaves with a lab test report, and every order is weighed on our own Dharam Kanta before dispatch, so what is on the invoice is what is on the truck.
We would rather be the supplier that says no to a size we cannot hold than the one that sends it anyway and hopes. If you have a size or a finish nobody else will make, that is the conversation we want to have.

Manufacturing Process
How We Manufacture - Coil to Finished Product
How raw coil becomes a finished, weighbridge-verified pipe, coil, or sheet - start to finish.
Raw stainless steel coil is processed at our Hisar unit into pipes (round, square, rectangular, oval, slotted, NB tube), coils (including slitting and cut-to-length), and sheets, finished to standard 2B Prime unless a different finish is requested.
Every dispatch is weighed on our Dharam Kanta (weighbridge) before billing, so the invoice reflects actual delivered weight rather than theoretical calculation.

Sourcing
Raw stainless steel coil is brought in across 200, 300, and 400 series - the same starting material across every product we manufacture, and every batch comes with a lab test report.

Cutting & Forming
Coil is processed at our Hisar unit into pipes (round, square, rectangular, oval, slotted, NB tube) through ERW, welded, or OD construction, depending on the product.

Slitting & Cut-to-Length
For coil and sheet orders, material is slit to your required width or cut to your exact length in-house — no separate vendor, no added lead time.

Finishing
Every product is finished to standard 2B Prime unless a different finish is requested, giving a consistent, smooth, industry-standard surface across the batch.

Weighbridge Verification
Before any order leaves our unit, it's weighed on our own Dharam Kanta - so the invoice reflects actual delivered weight, not a theoretical calculation.

Dispatch
Confirmed, weighed, and finished - the order is dispatched ex-works or FOR, based on what you've chosen at confirmation.

Bharat Stainless Steel Industries is GST registered (GSTIN 06AZBPD9705B1ZW) and MSME registered - both verifiable on request. Raw every batch comes with a lab test report. We are also a member of the Stainless Steel Pipe & Tube Manufacturer Association, Hisar.
We do not currently hold ISO 9001 certification, and we do not currently issue Mill Test Certificates (MTC) per order. We'd rather state that plainly than claim a certification we can't back up.

What We Make That Most Mills Won't

Light gauge most mills won't run
We manufacture from 0.20mm to 2.00mm thickness. Below about half a millimetre, tolerances tighten and scrap climbs, so most mills leave this work alone - it is the work we built the business on.
Built for bending and thermal work
Light-gauge pipe is specified for bending applications, heat exchangers and boiler condensers, where the material has to form without splitting and hold its wall through the bend.
Export-quality material available
Where a specification calls for export-grade material, we supply it - confirmed against your requirement before the order is made.
Non-standard sizes and finishes
Specific or custom size and finish as per customer requirement, including non-standard 6mm, 9mm and 12mm in light thinner gaze. If nobody else will make the size, ask us.
